Agendas and Meetings

The IDA holds monthly meetings. Generally, they are scheduled the last Wednesday of each month. The Board meets in the Carroll County Office Building at 225 N. Center Street in Westminster, Maryland. Meetings are typically held in room 105 and, in compliance with the Maryland Open Meetings Act, all meetings are open to the public. Exceptions to the open meeting laws include subjects such as personnel discussions about particular individuals, the receipt of legal advice from the public body’s attorney, and other subjects that must be kept confidential under other laws.

Meeting agendas are posted here and are subject to change up until meeting time. Minutes are available online once the Board has formally approved them at the next scheduled meeting.
